Your dedicated Talent Partner will be your main point of contact and advocate during your journey with Terminal, including finding open roles for you and organizing the interview and offer process.

The Talent Partner will arrange interviews with the partner company, depending on which stage you are in and provide interview feedback. To note, each company has a unique interview process, which your Talent Partner will walk you through to help you prepare.

When a company makes an offer, your Talent Partner will present it, explaining details including compensation and benefits. If you choose not to forward, your Talent Partner will continue finding new opportunities that would be a good match for you.
