1. Do I have to be hired through Terminal in order to receive compensation for this referral?

Good news! You will receive your $1,000 referral bonus when the person you referred is hired through Terminal, regardless of whether you have found a job yourself. Even better news, if you are hired through Terminal, your $1,000 bonus will increase to $5,000 if the person you referred lands a job through Terminal!

2. When will I be paid if someone I referred lands a job?

Your payment will be sent out once the person you referred reaches the 90 day mark at their new company.

3. When and how will my friend and I get our $1,000 USD referral payment?

Your payment will be sent out once the person you referred completes 90 days of employment at Terminal. You will receive your payment in the form of a gift card and you will have the choice of a gift card (Visa or Amazon). Due to legal restrictions we are unable to provide cash compensation for the referral reward.

4. Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?

We currently do not offer a way to track your referrals within the product (but it is coming soon!). In the meantime if you have questions please reach out to referrals@terminal.io to inquire about any referral questions.

5. Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer or the rewards I can earn?

No! Please feel free to refer as many of your qualified friends as you wish and collect your rewards accordingly.

6. Who is eligible to be a referral?

Our current program is eligible for candidates in Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Poland, and Spain only.

7. Where can I find my referral link/code?

You can access your referral link in your account at app.terminal.io/referral. We are still rolling out this feature to all Terminal users and in some instances you will be directed to submit individual referrals to referrals@terminal.io

8. What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?

If any candidates you referred loses access to your referral link, please re-send it to them. In order for a referral to be counted the individual you referred must sign up with your referral link.

We want to reward our community members for spreading the word about Terminal and trust that your personalized invite and the chance to earn $1,000 USD might be the incentive they need to pursue better, full-time, remote careers at Terminal and its partner companies.
