Terminal seeks to match you to great job opportunities that fit your skills and background. The first step in that process is creating your Terminal profile.

Your profile is a collection of your qualifications, including your work experience, education, key skills, location, and what you're looking for in your next role.

Why should you create a profile?

The Terminal profile unlocks several important features within the Terminal experience:

  • Job matches that match your background. Once complete, Terminal will use the information in your profile to match you to opportunities that fit your profile. These matches are built around your past experience, skills, location, preferences and interests, and more.

  • Apply to jobs in one click. When you see a job that interests you, you can apply in one step. It's the easiest application process you'll find anywhere!

  • Connect with our talent team. Our talent team is always looking for great candidates for the jobs coming into the Terminal network. By creating a profile, our talent team will be able to identify additional roles you may be a good fit for and connect you to them.

Why is it important to fully complete a profile?

As you add information to your profile, it allows our platform and talent team to make more intelligent job matches based on your background. As you add more work experience, education, skills, that creates insight into the full breadth of your capabilities. This increases the odds that you'll find a role that's perfect for you!
